First Assessment:		Under 5 years of age -	£125 per appointment
		Over 5 Years of age -	£160 per appointment
		Over 10 Years of age -	£185 per appointment

• Appointments are typically between 1 and 2 hours long. • The fee is inclusive of travel (for journeys under 15 miles) and assessment materials. • The fee includes provision of a written report with recommendations.

Therapy Sessions:		All Ages - £85 per session

• A session will last for a minimum of 1 hour (there is no additional cost for input given beyond the first hour). • The fee is inclusive of travel (if under 15 miles), resources, preparation/administration time and liaison with other professionals. • The fee includes the provision of follow-up reports/programmes, with the exception of Education, Health and Care Needs reports or Medico-Legal reports. • Should a session last for less than 1 hour, the cost will be reduced accordingly.

In-depth assessment (e.g. to support an initial Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment or for an Annual Review):		Assessment - £100 per hour (or part thereof) Written report - £600 for full report (and any later amendments) Travel time - £45 per hour (or part thereof)

• Appointments are typically between 2 and 3 hours long. • The fee is inclusive of assessment materials and local travel (for journeys over 15 miles, a charge of £45 per hour of travelling of part thereof will be made). • The fee includes provision of a written report with detailed recommendations on required therapy provision.

Medico-Legal Work:		Comprehensive assessment - £100 per hour (or part thereof)
		Written Report - £800 for full report (and any later amendments)
		Travel time - £45 per hour or part thereof
		Attendance at meetings - £100 per hour (or part thereof)
		Travel to/from meetings - £45 per hour (or part thereof)
		Printing costs for electronic bundles/documentation - £20
		Attendance at a full day hearing - £650
		Attendance at a half day hearing - £450

• Assessment charges are made for direct assessment including face-to-face assessment, observation, liaison with school staff and/or parents. • There are no additional charges for assessment resources or telephone/email liaison with others. • There is a one-off fee of £650 in addition to face-to-face assessment costs for all time spent writing the report. There will be no further charges for amendments made to the report or subsequent reports/letters.
